Good spot but not comfortable
Hotel is nice for a quick stay, room was spacious for 3 people. The breakfast was good and the restaurant attached was also great. Good spot for walking everywhere and near the train station. It does list that there is AC but the vent is so small and blows warm air so if you’re looking for coolness you won’t find that here. Also the beds were rock hard.

Liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the reception staff, the location of the hotel. Didn’t like the Wi-Fi reception and the fact that the water temperature switched from hot to cold during q a shower and the last morning there was only hot water coming out.

Perfect location with nice hospitality. They have amazing breakfast buffet which is great to start the day. Room size was great specially for the families having toddlers or infant, it has enough room space to kids to move around.

The location to the train was great. Didn’t like not having plastic glasses to use for drinking. A hotel like this should offer glassware in the rooms. Replenishment was hit and miss.

Expectations were not met
For a 4-star hotel, the rooms were not in very good conditions. We even had to move rooms because our first room did not have a working A/C and the room was located on the top floor with a slanted ceiling. The 2nd room had an A/C that worked better, but the room needed a lot of work, felt very run down. Also amenities are missing, no toiletrie items, no glass ware, no creamer, just too nasic for the price we paid.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent and we had a lovely stay. Right by all the local transport and food options. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
