Great location! walking distance to Harder Klun funicular, Interlaken Ost and West stations, restaurants and shops nearby. Spasious room and balcony with amasing view of mountains and the town. Do recommend, would stay again

My room looked over the huge paraglider landing site park and an amazing view of the Alps. Near bus stop. Lots of shopping nearby. Great restaurant. Okay breakfast. Nice lobby. I would have liked fluffier pillows, hair conditioner, another large towel and washcloths. The room got quite warm. There was a fan that helped a little. They have a luggage storage room.

No AC horrible service
The hotel had no AC. They had no fan like promised. The reception told us to open the windows as they were out of fans even though each room was suppose to have one. When we opened the window there were multiple bugs flying in it was so hot that we slept in the car

Excellent hotel, and a great location.Our room’s balcony was directly facing mountain ranges with beautiful views. It is about 15-20 mins walk to Interlaken ost Station, but it is very close to several good eating spots. The 24x7 access to lounge with coffee was a great plus for us, as we are early risers. Overall, a great experience.
