sehr geehrter herr m.,wir bedanken uns für ihre rückmeldung. ihre anregungen nehmen wir seriös und bedauern zutiefst, dass wir sie nicht zufrieden stellen konnten. die batterie vom tresor wurde direkt ausgetauscht und die handtuchstange erst nach ihrer abreise - sowie von ihnen gewünscht - korrekt befestigt. das hätte natürlich schon beides (tresor und stange) gar nicht vorkommen dürfen, da geben wir ihnen zu 100% recht. hierfür bieten wir gerne nochmals unsere entschuldigung an. wir senden ihnen freundliche grüße aus hall in tirol
