This is our second time staying at this hotel, and for good reason its fantastic! Wonderful building and room, easy parking and a very short (5 minute) walk into the centre of Innsbruck.

Enjoyable trip
It was a pleasant stay although the rooms were quite compact and there was not enough space to move around inside the room. There was no telephone in the room to contact the reception. Bathroom was also small. But we had enough facility for making tea or coffee.

A place to stay.
This is a Hotel just to sleep, my room 112, was small and the bathroom was hidden behind the TV wall, interesting concept. The major problem was the lack of air conditioning, other than that it was ok. One thing that made feel depressive in the hotel was the dark walls in the public areas and the lack of bright lights, a good illumination even with dark wall would make a big difference.

Great location and vibe.
NALA is truly a great place to stay, location can't be beat, it is a little out of the main tourist area but still walkable to everywhere, while we did get the free bus card provided at the hotel if you stay 2 or more nights but didn't use it and walked everywhere because it was close and the city was beautiful and felt very safe. (two women in their 30s traveling). Our room was very clean and comfortable, we even had another friend show up a day early and the front desk provided a cot which they set up while we were out which was so nice to come back to it already taken care of. We didn't get the breakfast but it looked really good but does cost 19 euros which is probably worth it based on the convenience and variety but we liked to get out into the city. We rented e-bikes one day from Die Boerse down the street which I strongly recommend to explore some of the towns nearby. (No tour just explored). Another amazing perk was the meeting rooms/sitting rooms available to use anytime (we had a few late meetings for work as it was daytime back home) and it was nice to have an alternative to the room, to let the others sleep. Wifi was great throughout the spaces. Also rooftop deck and back patio was lovely on nice afternoons as well. I would absolutely stay here anytime I am in Innsbruck.

The room design was as contemporary as it ca get - so artistic yet practical, with many attention to details. It would be better if you don’t hear the toilet flush sound in the room when another person uses, esp at night. That was my only wish :-) All others were great. The staff were exceptional.

Overall we had a great stay here! It was a comfortable and clean hotel in a great location to walk to everything we wanted to see in the city. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Innsbruck!
