The facilities are what you would expect from a Motel One but some things are in need of repair. Very convenient for the station and only a 10 minute walk from the centre. Breakfast was very average and not worth the 16 eur.

With the location literally right next to the train station, it made it super easy to jump off the train, drop your bags and explore the city. Easy walk to everything the city has to offer. Friendly staff, cool rooftop bar, comfortable bed, modern & clean (but small) room, and couldn’t hear the trains at all, despite being so close.

The staff is very friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Floor to celling window. The view from the 7th floor rooms 26, 24, 22 is spectacular.

At first I didn't think I liked the location however, it ended up being perfect as the bus and train station were right next door. I also enjoyed the breakfast and roof top lounge.

We were traveling with train and this hotel located right next to it. It’s small but nice and clean, 5 minutes walk to the town. The roof top bar has amazing view and good cocktails..

Great location for tourists. Just 200m from train station. Very courteous and knowledgeable front desk. Missed a simple coffee maker or kettle with tea bags in the room. Room was very functional and other features made up a lot. Deserves Atleast a 4.5 rating. Can’t give a 5 for these reasons.

This hotel c was perferct for our short stay in Innsbruck. It was right next to the train station and the bus transit station. It was very walkable to the older part of the city and we even walked to the Bergisel ski jump from the hotel. The staff was friendly and our room was extremely clean. Also, our view was stunning! If you need a place to sleep after a very full day of touring the city, you can feel confident that this place offers what you need.

Overall was a great stay. 15-20 min walk to old town. One negative was the air conditioning. Had it as low as it could go all day and night and still had to sleep with no blankets. Woke up sweating on each night. Staff were friendly and welcoming

Great place with excellent customer service and strategic location, close to the train station and city center. Only suggestion is to have a “do not disturb” sign for housekeeping.

Excellent location
Excellent location for the train station, the town was only a ten minute walk. Hotel was nicely styled, immaculately clean , bedrooms small but well designed to maximising space . Huge window with view of the station and mountains. Would have liked a kettle and coffee tea options in the room . Breakfast room had fabulous views , breakfast was basic , would have been nice to have a couple of warm options, Scrambled egg, sausage etc . Would definitely recommend.
