Great place in Ingolstadt
It's a great hotel in heart of the city with exceptional staff. I stay there regularly. The rooms are very clean, new and comfortable. On a foot note, the hotel has no a/c and the rooms are quite hot at the moment.

Perfection in every way
We regret we were only able to spend one night in Leipzig at this beautiful property, a peaceful and indulgent stop along a long road trip. Every bit of the decor is impeccably considered, from the calm lobby to the spacious rooms. We enjoyed a bit of time in the spa, drinks at the bar, and the hospitality of all staff we encountered. The restoration of a warehouse to luxury hotel is fascinating, with a thoughtful blend of history and modern design. Location is perfect for seeing the city.

All in all okay
The rooms both in the hotel and guesthouse are in good condition, clean and new. The staff at reception is very friendly. Location is great to go out by foot. Pain Points: The hotel offers two garages for the car but it's a bit of a pain that you always need to walk in and ask them to open, no bell, no camera. That would be worth a little investment. Also the rooms need to be manually locked when you leave it and you have to carry around one of those heavy old fashioned keys although the rest of the hotel seems to be recently renovated.

We checked out early at 5AM. The reception guy's attitude is very rude and impolite. We don't feel comfortable with it. Other than that, it's no problem to stay.
