The staff is not super polite or accommodating. They are charging way too much for very mediocre service. The hotel is clean but it doesn't make sense to pay so much only for that.

Pleasant stay
The stay was comfortable and pleasant. Quality of service was good and attitude of people was positive. The only issue is with location of hotel which is on outskirts of city.
