*City of Indio Ordinance: No one under the age of 21 shall be permitted to book a property. The property rental age preference is 25 and over. Qualified booking guest ages 21-24 will be accepted if booking with parents and or a 25 y/o group member willing to co-sign the rental agreement. Booking guest under 25 y/o may be subject to a higher deposit amount and/or property damage insurance may be required ).

*Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

Discounts / Offers:
*Offers may not be combined with any other discounts and do not apply to any special event or concert/festival bookings. Guest must mention valid offer to our attention at time of booking.

*Our All-Inclusive rate applies to a group of 10 and includes the following only; Pool Heating at 80' F, Spa Heating , Fire Pit use, Fire Place, BBQ and free parking. For your convenience, we also provide the following; Bath Towels, Hand Towels, Wash Clothes, Pool Towels, Make-up Removal wash clothes, Bed Linens (except for baby crib), Bath Mats, Hand Liquid Soap, Shampoo + Conditioner + Body Wash, Dish Pods, Laundry Pods, Dryer Sheets. 3 Rolls of TP per Bathroom, 1 Kitchen Paper Towel Roll, Kitchen Towels, Cooking + Dining Wares, Salt & Pepper & Cooking Oil. *Please note these items are to get you started and on short stays it will be suffice. We do not replenish any consumables unless an extra housekeeping service is added to your reservation.*

*We do not provide meals, beverages and or other offered services which are listed as extra services.

*Additional available services provided only upon request in advance and are subject to a service fee as follows.

Daily Maid Service - $500 min. May vary based on group size, event booking, holidays and required service.
Daily Pool Cleaning Service - $100 per visit
Bed Conversion (King or Twin Split) $200 each (Please inquire available bedrooms w/ this option)
Roll A Way Beds (2 available) $100 each

*Additional Guest: Posted Rates are based on a occupancy of 10 guest. Additional guest fees apply over 10 guest up to our maximum permitted occupancy. Changes to occupancy after bookings which exceed our base rate will be adjusted accordingly.

*Pet accepted with pre-approval. The following will apply: 25 lbs or smaller only, $250 Per Pet fee, $500 Per Pet Deposit & a Pet Agreement must be signed.

Rental Agreement and Rules:
Guest must sign a rental agreement and provide pictures of legal identification card (DL) and credit card for identity confirmation prior to checking in. The following are items covered in agreement.
