A home away from home
What a great place for our group to gather, relax and rewind after full days at the Indian Wells tennis tournament.. just a 10-15 minute drive. Jason was the perfect host, just a phone call away if we needed him (which we didn't!!). Property is spotless and well-equipped. I will be back!! Thank you, Jason!!

A Sweet Escape
The house was exactly as advertised. Well kept and the bedrooms and bathrooms exceeded expectations. The property is super close to the Empire Polo fields and we walked there both days. Also, the home is in immaculate condition and there is plenty of entertaining items for the kids including air hockey and a video game console. The kitchen had about every item you could think of so no need to bring a lot of your own items. There were plenty of towels for swimming, towels for bathing and all the toiletries you would ever need. We were so pleased with this home that we booked again for next year. You will not be disappointed! And the owner was very accessible and responded to any and all communication promptly.

Beautiful home, wonderful for hanging out and catching up, and a great base for visits to Joshua Tree. Gorgeous pool/spa and outdoor seating, perfect for our family with mix of teens/adults kids and their significant others. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home and were impressed by the attention to detail and the warm welcome you provided. The property was exactly as described, and the amenities were top-notch. We loved the pool and hot tub - couldn’t have been any more relaxing. The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, along with the Palm Springs Aerial Tram and Joshua Tree were highlights of our trip out west and couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home at the end of the day. Your hospitality and communication throughout our stay were exceptional. You truly went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Great desert stay!
Great spot for a getaway with friends. The house is very well taken care of, super clean and so comfortable. The house had plenty of room for our group of 7 adults. The rooms and bathrooms allowed for enough privacy for each couple. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook and is spacious enough to accommodate multiple cooks. Pool area and backyard is great for outside fun. All around a fantastic stay.

Desert Vacay
We had a wonderful family vacay at this beautiful property. Days were spent in and around the pool and in the evenings we had plenty of room inside to all be together to play games and/or watch the NBA and NHL games. The kitchen is nice and big and the bbq grill in the back was great as well. This house is very well appointed and every detail has been taken care of. I see another trip in our future! p.s. Shout out to Jason, our host, for communicating quickly and accomodating unplanned travel changes.

Comfortable home in a great spot!
This home is in a great location for walking to and from the Stagecoach festival. Very safe, away from the noise, and had plenty of space for all of us to relax during the day while waiting to walk to the grounds in the afternoon or evening. Jason is a wonderful host who was very responsive with assisting us before our stay and anything during it. The house has a large kitchen and great room that leads right out to the pool and patio, which is where we all spent our time. Thanks for a great stay!

Property is very well kept; it feels like a brand new home. Pool and backyard offer so much opportunities for fun. Rooms and interior are incredibly nice. Host keeps kitchen very well stocked and is incredibly responsive. We will 100% be booking again!

The House Beautiful house and very spacious for a group of 12 or a big family. Fully appointed kitchen with all the appliances and extras you’d need, extremely comfortable couch, big common area. Nicer than the pictures. Lots of privacy without a second neighbor. The rooms Easily sleeps 12 and amazing that each room has a bathroom. Very comfortable beds and sheets. Bunk room great for kids or adults. Casita is private and primary room is huge. The yard Favorite part of the house. The pool is luxurious and the hot tub was an incredible way to end the day in the cool evening. The outdoor seating is perfect, and there is a great built-in sound system. 10/10 yard. The host Very responsive and kind, easy to communicate with. Checking in and out was easy and smooth.

Wow, just Wow ! this property brought its A game. Meticulously clean and walk in ready. Owner Jason, is responsive to questions and was excellent to deal with. We stayed for 5 weeks and had no issues with the home. Road noise would be our only slightly negative feedback. But our total experience outweighed that ! We were in Indio for a sporting event at the Polo grounds and the home was perfect for our stay. Large, spacious, well-appointed, and clean. We stayed there with two other families and the kids had plenty to keep them occupied (pool, ping pong, air hockey). Easily walkable to the polo fields. Well-stocked kitchen. Jason was easily reachable for questions.

This was one of the top VRBOs we ever had. The house is absolutely spotless. The kitchen has every amenity needed to prepare meals. We didn’t eat out for any of our meals because we enjoyed the home so much. Jason is responsive and available for anything you might need. Outstanding property in all aspects!
The property is amazing, it has plenty of space, and we were so impressed with the level of organization arranged in the house and cleanliness Everything was just organized exactly as it should be, we had real silverware, plates, and specific liquor glasses. We have stayed in quite a few rental properties over the years but nothing like this one. Jason made sure we had a good time. We will be back again when the occasion comes up again!

Our party of 9 had a great time at this property. Plenty of space for everyone, amazing outdoor area, fun games and perfect room layout. Jason was a super host, very helpful and responsive if we had any questions on how to use the amenities. The house is stocked with everything you need and lots of thoughtful touches as well. It's located close to restaurants, shops and easy to get around. We would highly recommend!

Perfection!
Property is a hidden gem. Immaculate, well stocked and has everything you need for a vacation in the Palm Springs area. Jason responded promptly to any questions we had, housekeeping came each week during our three week stay, pool serviced twice a week and yard attended to as needed. Safe area that is gated and house can be armed too. Literally the only thing we found a bit distracting was the busy street adjacent to the property. We have rented through VRBO numerous times and this by far has been the best property. Well worth the cost.
