If you're craving the perfect pool temperature, we've got you covered - simply request pool heating up to a toasty 88 degrees for an additional fee of $100 per night. Remember to make your request and payment at least 48 hours before your arrival to ensure a delightful pool experience. Please note that during the summer months, the pool won't be heated, but worry not, the spa is always ready to provide a warm and inviting escape. With a recommended temperature range of 100-102 degrees, it's the ideal spot to unwind and let your worries melt away. Do you allow pets?
🔳 Calling all pet lovers! We're thrilled to announce that our home is pet-friendly, allowing you to bring your furry companions along for the vacation. You can bring up to two pets per property, with a fee of $150. Each additional pet will be $100. To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, we kindly request that pets are not permitted in the pool or spa area at any time. We also ask that you clean up after your pets responsibly. If you plan to bring a pet along, please don't hesitate to reach out and inform us. ( Please clean up after your pets our cleaners are not expected to extra fee will be charged if pet stool is left around the property. ) We can't wait to welcome you and your four-legged friends to La Dolce Vita Estate
House Maintenance Schedule:
🔳 Pool Maintenance: Every Tuesday & Friday @ 7am
🔳 Fish Tank Maintenance: Every Tuesday at 9am

🔳 Trash Day: Friday mornings, please ensure that all trash is placed in the designated trash bins the night before. Please avoid blocking the gate as we have a roll-out service that will collect the bins.

Do I need to personally meet the property manager to obtain a key?
🔳 Not at all! All of our vacation homes are equipped with keyless locks, eliminating the need for physical keys. Instead, we provide each guest with a unique access code for their stay. You'll receive this code before your check-in, streamlining the process and ensuring a hassle-free arrival.
What can I expect to find in my accommodations?
🔳 Get ready for a fully furnished and equipped vacation rental that's packed with everything you need! From cozy linens and plush bath towels to a well-stocked kitchen complete with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and even some spices, we've got you covered. If you're curious about the availability of a specific appliance or amenity, just ask us! Additionally, we provide starter supplies of bath soaps, trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and laundry soap for your convenience. However, please note that items like cooking sprays/oils, cling wraps, zip lock bags, and pool floaties are not included
Can I have a package shipped to my vacation home?
🔳 While we don't typically recommend shipping directly to the home, as we don't have mailbox keys & can't take responsibility for delivered packages, we're more than happy to assist with your shipping needs! Just reach out to us, and we'll do our utmost to accommodate you and ensure a smooth delivery process.
Do you have parking available?
🔳 Absolutely! Rest assured that all of our homes offer designated parking spaces for guests in the garage and/or driveway. Please note that street parking is not allowed, but you can park all your vehicles comfortably in the driveway. We have ample parking options to accommodate your needs. We also offer RV parking for your convenience. If you are traveling with an RV, rest assured that we have ample space to accommodate your vehicle. You won't have to fret about finding a suitable spot to park your RV or RV trailer.
Will WiFi and cable TV be available?

Should I be concerned about pests?
🔳 Given our location in the desert, encountering local pests and critters is a possibility. However, rest assured that we take proactive measures to maintain a pest-free environment. Our homes are sprayed monthly to minimize any pest presence. To help us please ensure that any trash or debris is promptly cleaned up from outside. Together, we can maintain a comfortable and pest-free environment during your stay.

In such cases, no refund will be provided as it falls beyond our control. Additionally, we cannot be held liable for losses or damages resulting from weather conditions, natural disasters, or other incidents beyond our control. It is important to exercise caution when using certain amenities, as surrounding pool areas and Pavilion floors can be slippery when wet. By using the patio, Pavilion, inside or outside the property, the tenant accepts and assumes all associated risks.
