Check in was quick and easy the desk clerk was so helpful and polite and friendly. Really enjoy the hotel layout it was a quick one night stay before we finish our trip can't say enough very happy. Will definitely stay there again

Thanks for turning things around for us
We stayed only one night so we didn’t get to really experience it all, which was unfortunate. For the first part of our trip I made the mistake of thinking Airbnb could be a better option, it was not, just dirty and not customer centric. Coming to this hotel was such a relief. Now I know where to stay in the future when we visit. My son was so excited to be in the hotel. We received great service from Christian at checkin and from Rod who shuttled us to the airport. Thank you

Excellent customer service! The building appears to be a little dated from the outside, and the common areas are not updated, however, the room appeared to have a recent facelift and everything was clean and neat. I will definitely stay here again. I only stayed one night due to catching an early morning flight. Make sure to check in with the shuttle driver about the time that you need to leave for the airport. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes, however, they keep a logbook, to make sure, they are overbooked for the time you need.

The shower handle faceplate was missing. The shower handle was loose and easily slides off of the shaft. The elevator takes a long time to arrive at 6th floor and one of them didn’t operate properly.

This used to be the Adams Mark, and how is one of three Wyndham properties around the airport..Its hard to know which one you are at without paying attention to the street addresses. The building has a lot of working going on inside and there are times you are reminded it is an older building, but they have done a great job with the renovations. The pool and courtyard outside are beautiful. The lobby and restaurant were comfortable and welcoming. There is not much else but hotels close by. If you don't have a car, you are either eating at the hotel or paying for delivery / ride-share. Its just a short ride to the airport though, so its a great location.

Rude front desk person when we called him from room. Had problems with TV. Maintenance man came to look at it. Said he needed to go get tools to open the back, but never returned. Bathroom fan did not work. Forced to sit on bed since the only other chair was for the desk. There should be another comfortable reading chair.

Overall it was a good stay. Only small issue was there are 3 elevators and it seemed like only 1 was working(?). I always went into the same elevator every time. And there was a convention I was attending, so the wait to get on/off the elevator took time.
