The parking ticket kept giving me trouble reading my ticket. One night, someone from the street came over to my car, asking questions. It was concerning how close he got. Having security or cameras being monitored should be considered to deter. But the hotel, staff was great.

Great hotel if you're going to a football game
It was in a great location to go to the football game I love the Skywalk. The only thing the breakfast was not good at all. Well the eggs in the sausage were horrible

I was extremely impressed by the staff at this property. In particular, the evening desk person named Mike was wonderful. He knew the area well, made excellent recommendations and, clearly, loves his work at SpringHill. The room was nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. Everything was reasonably walkable in the area but the skywalk that connects the various Marriott branded hotels to the convention center meant not having to walk outside in the rain or cold. This is a wonderful hotel.

Nice place to stay. It was odd that they had no caffeinated coffee for the free breakfast the first day. How does that happen? Also, no hot water early in the morning. We weren't checking out early so we waited a few hours and it came back. Friendly staff, comfy beds. Would stay here again.
