To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with the Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso “Boarding Pass” with your Guest Access information.
The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:

Nice apartment close to shopping and restaurants.
Overall, this was perfectly adequate for what we needed. We did spend a fair amount of time in the apartment, and it is not well stocked in the kitchen. There isn't an oven or even a toaster oven although there are baking dishes ironically. While the listing says 6 people can stay there, there are only dishes for 4. And if you want wine, bring an opener. Wine glasses but no opener. The thermostat was weird - got really cold overnight and eventually warmed up during the day, but we couldn't figure out how to get it to stay warm overnight, even when turned up to 72 degrees. Additionally there are no instructions about the WiFi, and we could never get it to work, even when we tried to look on the router and find it. Overall, it was perfectly fine for our needs, but only four stars because of rather incomplete kitchen and other issues mentioned.

Clean. Close to restaurants. Not far from mall or convention center. Parking area was nice. 217 side of the building is near a couple bars. From 1A-230A it was loud outside. Yelling and screaming. Lots of horns beeping. Also could hear trash dumps from bars tossing can and bottles in dumpsters between 230-3A

Great location!
Great location! Literally right in the middle of the strip where all the bars and restaurants are. Very walkable. Definitely recommend paying for parking pass as it makes everything way easier. Apartment was nice, very small. The only odd thing was that it is in entire apartment building of rentals which is different but otherwise it was a very pleasant stay. We’d stay again!

My fiancé and I were visiting Indy for the the holidays and the space was ready to go after short notice. Communication was awesome with rapid responses, the location is within walking distance for everything there is to do in Indy. Parking is super close and it is awesome to have a secure parking spot. The parking pass is definitely worth it. I was able to extend my stay by one night last minute without a problem. I will be staying with mitten housing with every return visit to Indy.

Pros & Cons
There were definitely some pros & cons to this booking. Pros: - GREAT location! So many restaurants/shops in walking distance - Communication with property owner was very quick & easy. The wrong code was provided to us for the main door but we got the correct one right away. - Kitchen was stocked aside from dish washing materials. - TV in living room was great quality with lots of streaming capabilities. - Stand alone fans were in each bedroom and I was happy to see a baby pack n play provided as well. Cons: - You have to pay $20/night to park in their ‘limited’ spots which took up about half the parking lot. Otherwise you can use the metered parking. I’ve never been charged for parking in the owners reserved parking locations.. - After parking, you cannot go through the gate around to the front if it’s locked. You have to walk around Mass Ave to get to the front of the building. The property owner did say they requested a keypad for this, it just hasn’t happened yet. - If you leave something behind, they charge $100 + shipping to return it to you. - The linens had a lot of noticeable hair as soon as you pulled back the top sheet. I think it was from just being washed with other items, but was still a major turn off for us. Same with the towels for the bathroom & provided blankets. Lots of fuzz/hairs. - Unit is a lot smaller in person than the pics appear, but it was an ok size for the time being. The bedrooms are decent size. The unit is manageable for a few nights stay, and we did appreciate the managers quick responses.

Really a great place.
The venue was very clean with current decor and furniture. Everything worked and was clean. All necessary amenities provided. We stayed right downtown Indy with limited parking, but parking was included in the cost and was under the property we stayed in. They do contract with a 3rd party for access to the building and the unit, however the check in and out process was thoroughly explained (with a YouTube vide) and was really quite easy. Parking pass included. Getting around was really easy from the location and some great restaurants nearby. The most impressive thing was communications with Mitten Company staff. Even though I could not contact them by phone, they quickly replied to every question and concern I had through the app and via email. They were very helpful and allowed me to and assisted me in making changes to my reservation. Over all it was a great experience and I will be using Mitten Company again for future reservations.

Great location to experience Indy!
We stayed for 2 nights with our college-age son and daughter. Plenty of space for everyone and quick walk to bars and restaurants in the area. Furnace is a little loud (located behind louvered doors in kitchen) if you had anyone sleeping on pull out in family room, but beds were comfortable and bedrooms quiet. It would also be nice to have a table that seats 4 instead of 2, but we made it work. This is our new go-to place when we visit Indy!
