The problem was with the booking we did through Hotels.com We had requested a handicap accessible room, but that didn't show up in the Sleep Inn agreement. Fortunately, the hotel manager was able to phone a person who hadn't arrived for their hotel stay and he was able to switch us to the room we needed, but we were lucky.

There was a decent amount of parking lot noise heard from my room but not a deal breaker. Otherwise the room was comfortable and I have no complaints. The staff members at check-in and out were both very courteous.

The stay was good but someone did try to enter my room on my first night at 10:20pm. This was very scary and traumatized me because of my past experiences with this. But Sierra at front desk calmed me down and investigated the incident. It was a regular guest and his son. The father was a scary big guy who never apologized to me for his sons actions! I was shaking & crying and couldn't sleep all night due to being fearful of retaliation!

The hotel was clean and breakfast was a plus. The pool was very small but my 3 year old didn’t mind. It was in a great central location for us to the zoo and the children’s museum as well as easy to get downtown for dinner.
