- Kid friendly: Got kids? We do too! Child-friendly items (toys, books, board games, pack and play, high-chair, plastic plates and utensils, etc.) have been provided. Note that while the property is kid friendly it is not necessarily child-proof.
- Pet friendly: Dogs are subject to host approval and require a $100 pet fee per pet to cover additional cleaning costs. We have a big, fully fenced backyard that your dogs can use but must be on leash or supervised out of respect for our neighbors. You are responsible to clean up pet waste in the yard. Pets are not allowed on furniture.

GUEST ACCESS:
As a guest here, you have the entire home to yourself, including the loft area, private backyard, and full sized washer and dryer. There is private parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway and plenty of free parking on the street. You’ll be given a unique keycode for easy access to the home. The only area off limits is the garage and locked owner’s closets.
If you’re traveling with little ones you’ll be happy to find all of the kids’ equipment already in the home, including books, board games, a Pack n’ Play, a highchair, plastic plates, utensils, etc.
We allow up to 3 well-behaved and house-trained dogs for a fee of $100 per dog to cover additional cleaning costs. The dogs must be under 80lbs each unless previously agreed on with the host. We provide doggy feeding bowls for your convenience so you don’t have to worry about packing your own. Please make sure you clean up any dog waste in the yard and keep the pets off the furniture. Dogs must be crated if left alone in the home during your stay.
Please note that there are outdoor cameras on the exterior of the property for your safety.
Contactless check-in via key coded door locks. The door code will be provided to you a day prior to your check-in date, along with detailed check-in and check-out instructions.

Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is not suitable for parties and large, loud gatherings. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property.
Please note: We have security surveillance cameras on the exterior of the property. Any moving, removing, and/or tampering with the security cameras will result in a fee of $500.
Only dogs are allowed in our pet friendly home.

We cannot control the weather and no refunds will be given due to trip cancellations, interruptions, or inconveniences caused due to unforeseeable weather conditions; therefore, we recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your Investment in the event of weather events that would make roads impassable to vehicles or the property uninhabitable due to damages caused by natural disasters.
COVID Cleaning: Our home is professionally cleaned. All doorknobs, light switches, drawer pulls, remote controls, faucet handles etc. are sanitized. Where possible, we allot a 24-hour buffer between guests.

Please be aware that while we ensure that all furniture is well-maintained, it's important to use it responsibly and carefully to prevent any accidents. We advise you to take a moment upon arrival to familiarize yourself with the space and use all items as intended.
