Stay gone wrong.
They put me in 2 rooms. That was not clean. They were doing construction on a Saturday in the inside where guess be staying .the pool or the hot tub was closed down. For Guess on the weekend, the breakfast was terrible. The hot tub didn't work. This was my second time there.and I talked to front desk staff about all of this.

HORRIBLE
It wasn't good. We had to switch rms 2x. 1st rm toilet stopped up, no working phone and no wash cloth, 2nd rm,twin beds we requested 1 king bed, no phone. Talked to manager the next day switch to rm# 3 still no phone, no coffee pot, we spent 4day 3 night a total of 2 washcoth a piece. I didn't bother because it seems like housekeeping was not available. The manager was very nice, she wasn't there when we check in

To begin,, the pool is what brought us in only to find out the health department had closed it down for unknown reasons. Then we found a used pad in one drawer, along with what looked like bug droppings. Gum on the wall, a flea in the bed that had jumped on me, then to top it off a big cockroach in the wall, er then asked to be placed elsewhere, the NEXT room was just as filthy, a toilet paper was on the bathroom counter, bug droppings in the drawers, food splatter on the tv, AND a used condom wrapper under the bed. We ended up getting our refund and left instantly.

They are renovating, this is not what I'm upset about. There were leaking trash bags on the floor in the back doorway. We had to leave our key cards reset every morning after 10am. The first room given was appalling, the bathtub looked like it was ready to give out at a moment's notice. Overall, it was very unappealing. I will not be back.

Booked a king size bed through Orbitz, lady at front desk said they were sold out I said I booked a king she said I didn’t have a “room number assigned” so they will give me a queen size bed only to put me in a room with double beds. Hotel severely outdated and extremely dirty. In our room bathroom shower head was rusty I couldn’t even shower and old parts were used for the toilet seat. I’ve been in some cheap hotels but NEVER like this. Never again!

The hot tub was not working it was not hot, there were no cream for the coffin, just milk for the cereal that you don't put in your coffee.

Pictures are VERY deceiving...
We arrived to a room that looked nothing like what we booked, the doors of every room we walked past looked like they'd been scratched by dogs or attempted to be kicked in. Our room had half new flooring and half old flooring, no towels, drywall was literally cracking and caving in at the floor molding. The lock on the Door to the adjoining room was literally hanging off the door. The bathroom door knob was broken and would lock and get stuck, mirror was screwed onto the wall, with screws evident. We had no towels and had to just about pull teeth to get any. Second day, no housekeeping service, no trash removed from our room, no new towels given. I had to use pool towels, which were also scarce, so I could only find two. Thankfully, we had hung our towels from the night before up so we could re-use them. Floors were sticky, from our actual room, to the atrium area where "breakfast" was served(mixed{fruit loops on bottom, crunch berries on top} cereals in dispensers, once coffee ran out, it was just gone, not to be replenished). We were shown 3-4 other rooms, when we complained and none were better than the one we were in already, so switching wasn't even worth the work.

This hotel looked nothing like advertised and is also listed at a different location when you open maps or schedule a ride through Uber or Lyft. We left after one night even thought we were required to pay for both nights of our stay.

The exterior and lobby areas were fine. The man at the front desk was very nice. Our room appeared clean, but the mattress was just disgusting with big stains that were either blood or feces. My daughters and I ended up sleeping on top of the (stained) covers. We only had two scratchy towels, and there were no wash clothes in the room. The TV did not work. I am not a fussy person, but this was the worst hotel room that I've ever stayed in.

If I could give ZERO stars I do that. I’m telling myself that the one star is for the friendly lady I met upon arrival. This facility is a nightmare. The manager states that he was putting me away from the kitchen area because of the questionable smells coming from that area. I walked in the room and stayed long enough to take pictures and inspect & then I cancelled my stay. They were supposed to refund me my money but charged me again for the weekend stay. I tried calling the facility but they screen their calls. I know this because I personally watched them add a phone number to the list of numbers to not answer . I finally had to use another phone to contact them.. I called first thing Monday morning to inform them that I was going to dispute the charges with my bank and the lady was rude and said that their refunds take 3-5 days to show. Here’s a list of my issues. I’ll provide pictures if only you could smell the pictures to get the full effect. My daughter ended up with a sinus infection due to being exposed to mold spores in the short amount of time that we were there. 1. Non smoking room smelled strong of cigarettes. 2. Floors sticky 3. Blood on the wall 4. Holes in the walls 5. Mold around the shower & toilet 6. Mold and mildew in the window 7. Bed bugs (applied heat to the corner of the mattress then I pulled back the blankets) 8. Only 3 people allowed in the elevator at a time because it was falling apart.

This place is a SCAM
The room was nasty and dirty. No bedbugs but there was dirt, hair, and stains on the sheets. Looks NOTHING like the photos. Our first room had breast milk left in the freezer and rotten fruit in the fridge. They gave up a new room but told us we had to wait 20 minutes for it. Then our new room smelt so strongly of bleach we all got headaches and we sick. Bed was not comfortable. Bathroom was questionable on how clean it was. The service and environment was not enjoyable. Do not stay here.

It is a place to sleep
We needed a place to stay for the Taylor Swift concert that wasn’t $1,000 and this fit the bill. We got a renovated room and it was ok. The TV didn’t work, the door didn’t lock from the outside, the shower looked very sketchy…but the room was generally clean and the beds were comfortable. We did meet some other people who were not having a good room experience, so I think it definitely depends on if you get a renovated room. I don’t think I would stay here again, but it was a place to sleep for the night.
