When I checked into the property I had reserved a king room. They told me they had overbooked and asked if I would take a queen room. I agreed then the desk clerk told me she found a king room. Upon checking in and receiving my digital key I went to the room and opened the door only to find the room full of people's belongings and someone taking a shower. It was an unpleasant situation

Other than the $55 a night parking, all was great. Close to restaurants and sporting events. We were able to walk wherever we needed to go.

The check-in was terrible. The front desk would not book my new reservation and told me to go do it on-line. Also, after extending my reservation on-line with a new reservation number the front desk would not confirm that I could stay in the same room.

Pass on this one
Woke up to NO water. Was told it would be back on with not enough time before a meeting. No dairy free options for the coffee creamer in the room or at the little corner store within the lobby. The lobby bar is very loud!! The valets were running to get cars after the meeting. They were great! Of the choices to stay in downtown, this has been my least liked. I would noy opt to stay here again.

Great place to stay
The hotel is beautiful, clean, and a great location to Lucas Oil stadium and downtown. Only complaint was the air conditioning wasn’t working and it was hot in the room! Technician was speedy to come fix it. Thought he did…but he didn’t! Still got the last night!
