Better than I expected for the price. This place was a nice hotel that has not had maintenance for years (some of the cosmetic things are slowly falling apparet) and the staff does not do anything for you ... but for the price is still rather nice.

This property has a plethora of staged reviews for anything above 1-2 stars. The photos provided are accurate but they don't consider what the state of the beds are. The first room they put me in had a terribly stained mattress, along with a mysterious stain on the carpet next to the bedside table. When they provided me with another room to inspect I found bed bugs immediately on the sheets of the new bed. I promptly turned around and asked for my refund

Holes in walls, carpets, and ceilings. Roaches in the rooms. Did not receive a key card for the room. Staff unhelpful. Like they didnt know what they were doing. Chemical smell in the rooms. Lookes like an abandoned hotel with an updated lobby

This property is not what it looks like in the website. is in an unsafe area. plus the staff was uncourteous and we were unable to contact them that we were arriving late as a result they canceled our reservation for not show.

Don’t turn the light off in bathroom otherwise you’ll have a few friends on the counter and floor. By friends I mean roaches..plural. Cold shower with low water pressure. A lot of homeless walking through parking lot. Small big towel

No ac in our room, it was super hot when we walked in. Checked the vent to find the filters were extremely clogged which would explain no air flow. It was clean but did smell like cigarettes despite it being a non smoking room. I didn’t even want to bother asking to change rooms and deal with the possibility of getting another room with the same defects. My husband agreed it was best to just book an air bnb and call it a day. We were tired and jet legged traveling from Las Vegas so we packed our bags back up and took the loss on what we paid for the room. Guy up front was nice overall but definitely did not expect to be put into a room with no ac.

The room temperature couldn't be controlled, the bath tub had cigarette burns, you can't see out the windows, and the staff were super unhelpful and didn't do anything to help us. The website says there's a bar and grill and swimming pool, there is not. They don't offer anything for breakfast. Ice machine doesn't work. Pretty sketchy neighborhood as well.

This hotel is very old in the area but new owners. You can tell it has changed hands. Lobby and common areas are renovated and clean. The rooms have been worked on some. At first glance the look nice but if you look real close you see some area that are old but worn. Chair in the room was broken. Tub had rust stains and the renovation was glue down a Matt. The staff was friendly. Our room was not cleaned for three days. I would try it one more time and if not improved would not come here again!

Just a bed to sleep in.
Quite expensive for what you get. Two queen beds for 4 adult males was cramped. Hotel is being renovated but elevator sounded like it was going to explode. Pool area being renovated and nothing was said about it not being available. Quit noisy as a lot of sketchy people hanging around the hotel. Found roaches under the phone. Overall, it was just a place for us to crash in transit.

We would NEVER stay at this property again. The first room they gave us had no tv and was a very outdated. The second room had a tv and had been updates for the most part. The windows were very dirty. It had a very old AC system and the room was warm the whole time we were there. It seems to me that they are remodeling as they go. We have people ask us for money when we would walk out to our car. The finally straw was when I walked into the bathroom and it had cockroaches running around. The staff wasn’t rude but they weren’t nice either.

The facility was hot, we ended up going to buy fans; there was a gas smell in the hallways; no microwave in room and when i asked was there a microwave in the bldg for use, thats when i found out there was supposed to be a microwave in the room. i requested one be bought to our room at least 3xs. No refridgerator in room. For this to be such a large hotel, there were only 2 carts, bar was closed, side doors didnt work, you could get out, but couldnt get back in with your key. floors mopped, but the fabuloso smell was very strong. windows were frosted, but no air was working. I didnt see them until sunday, but i saw 3 roaches in the bathroom (thats the only place i saw them), but then we were gone all day friday and saturday. There was a language barrier with the front desk staff. The second shift was ok, but the morning front desk worker was rude, very rude. I was very disappointed

Did not enjoy stay here. Black mold in bathroom under the sink & pipes were exposed. Air conditioning did not work. Stains on carpet/wall. Cigarette burns in the curtains. Would not recommend

Worst hotel experience ever
Smelled like cigarettes and weed. At 11:30 at night all you could hear was a loud bass of music being played. The bed was like sleeping on a thin mattress with plywood just underneath. The bottom of the closet doors had some type of brown substance splattered on them.
