I had an accident day before we were to check in, sprained both ankles and couldn’t stand or walk. I tried to cancel my hotel reservation (about 30 hours ahead of check in) and asked if I could reschedule. Nope. NO WAY. Not a chance. Cost me about $250. All I wanted to do was have a chance to heal from accident and reschedule ... but the Manager, Ms. Emily, showed no mercy. Nice. Real Nice

Our stay was not very long, property was clean and beds were comfortable. We did book a king bed room and ended up with 2 queens because they said they didn't have any king rooms left so that was a bit of a bummer but not a deal breaker by any means. There was a wedding going on at the event center next store that was a bit noisy as well. Not the hotels fault by any means though. Would definitely boom again if we end up traveling down that way again!
