Big disappointment
The suite was nice, clean, modern decor. This was a handicap accessible room, and the entry door was challenging for even my 200 lb husband to open (very heavy). The kitchen table was rickety and could have injured someone who bumped into it. The remote window shades were very nice.
The big problem was that the room as shown in the reservation as King mobility accessible with a roll in shower. The room had a tub with grab bars. I reserved a very specific shower that allows the user to step into or roll over a very low curb. For me, stepping into a tub is very awkward and dangerous. Even using the access board for a tub is very difficult. We asked if we could be moved to a room that would allow me to shower, and the attendant told us that there was no room in the entire hotel that matched the description of what we reserved.
The ironic thing is that my son checked in a couple of days later into exactly that type room. We didn't discover this until it was too late to switch rooms.
I reserved a room at this hotel because it had roll in showers. I can't tell you how disappointed I am. No shower for 5 days.
