Front desk was snotty. And this morning, when my husband went to get breakfast, he was questioned about being an actual guest of the hotel. He was judged on his hoodie and shorts he wore to breakfast. I am ashamed this hotel judges people that way. It is 2024......

Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had a large variety. Had a pool and a hot tub. Perfect if going to a colts game as the stadium is literally across the street, but have to drive to get downtown

This property was great, our stay was lovely! We were in-town for a concert and the amenities were awesome. Was able to buy snacks from their little convenience store area, there was complimentary iced cucumber water in the lobby & the free breakfast was nice! Thank you for a nice stay!

The property was nice, the surroundings just OK. What really puts us off, is that the rooms are not made, that is what we are looking for in a hotel. The prices are high but there is no service provided to make the rooms. They told us that we did not requested it at checkin but they did not offer or warn that the service was not provided

Booked a three night stay through Orbitz. Bill was $440. At check in the front desk said my bill was $800. When I showed the confirmed reservation staff told me it didn't matter. Pay $800 or find another room. Turns out there was a football game that weekend, staff wanted to resell the room. To top it off, the elevators didn't work!. Carried bags up three flights of stairs. TL;DR - Booked a room, got scammed at the front desk by rude staff. Don't waste your time, find a place that values their customers.

There are so many pluses to this property. I was especially grateful to the front desk and housekeepng staffs. While there I suffered a bad nosebleed. Lisa, at the front desk, called for EMS, who took me to hospital, and housekeeping cleaned up a bathroom that looked like a crime scene. When I returned from hospital the front desk expressed concern that I was OK. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with the egg and sausage offerings varying each day. Also cookies in the afternoon, and 24-hour coffee and tea. The location is only about 1/2 mile from the convention center, but not really convenient for walking. (I tried it once.) And I had one Lyft driver who went to Lucas Oil stadium across the street, apparently too stupid to figure out that someone might be at a hotel at 8:30 in the morning. Apart from this, it’s a great property, and I recommend it.
