Through a set of french doors, you’ll find a second living space with futon, high speed fiber internet, and a dedicated work space. Main bedroom features a queen bed with memory foam topper and blackout curtains. Right off the main bedrooms is a fully updated bathroom with modern tiled shower and all new finishes. The updated kitchen has been fully equipped to handle everything from your morning coffee to meals cooked at home to your bottle of wine in the evening.

As the local county seat for Hamilton County, Noblesville is home to the local courthouse and plenty of local restaurants, bars, and shops. Just 10 minutes from Ruoff Music Center and 15 minutes from Fishers and all the major shopping around Castleton Square Mall. Only 30 minutes from Downtown Indianapolis, this home makes it easy to explore all that the Indy area has to offer.
