I emailed the hotel two weeks ahead of time to say we had two dogs with us and no one ever got back to me and then when we got there, they charged an extra $50 for the dogs. I don’t mind paying the extra, but someone could have warned us ahead of time.There were some basketball teams staying in the hotel, and it was extremely loud all night long. In the morning the waffle maker was broke and there were no bagels so you could have a muffin or a dried out omelette. The box of Kleenex in our room was empty. The toilet seat looked like it was from the 1950s. The windows and walls were paper thin, and I heard every single truck that went by on the nearby freeway.Overall, it was just not something you’d expect from a Hampton by Hilton.

The place was very nice. The only thing wrong was the placing of light switches. For the main area you had to go to the lamps and turn them on. There was no door to block out the lights for the sinks and the switch for the shower/toilet was on the outside so you turned it on and then go in. Woke my husband up. So we ended up having to leave after only 4 hours because he couldn’t go back to sleep. Other than that is was a beautiful place and a huge room!
