Beautiful hotel! Breakfast was amazing with variety and quality of food. Front desk staff are so friendly. Makes you want to stay here just for that. Room was clean and well kept. Nice pool with pool floats in case you forget yours. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. Check out Chicagos pizza while your heat… so DELICIOUS!! Hotel is close to the Children’s museum.

You could tell the staff and management took good care of the facilities. It was a great choice. A little higher price than we are able to do but didn't feel disappointed.

We had two nights bokked. Called and told them to hold reservation and we would cover cost of firth night. Showed up and they gave away our room after traveling for 15 hours. Never again! Cant trust the name if thats what they do.
