I used Hotels.com to book my stay, but was required to pay for the room again "in case they dont get paid through hotels.com". For 2 rooms i was out over $700 between what i paid online and in person. All in all it was a nice and comfortable property, but if i hadnt had the extra money i would have never been able to check in.

The hotel is new so cleanliness is to be expected. But from the time we arrived with two employees outside, until check out, every single staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile, asked how we were doing and a couple times we were even asked if there was anything we needed. Even on the elevator twice when we encountered the same young employee. The lady working serving breakfast was so incredibly sweet and friendly as well. I personally witnessed her address multiple guests with smiles and conversation. And even when a couple guests were kinda short about a couple things being empty at breakfast she was just as nice as she could be. When I say overall this is the best hotel experience I've ever had and the nicest room, I'm 50 and stayed at a lot of hotels in my day, and I truly mean this was overall the best experience I've encountered at a hotel. Anytime we plan to be in this area we will go out of our way to stay here. Will find out next GenCon if they maintain their goodness as we plan to stay again. Thank you Hampton!

Brand Spanking New and Beautiful
Beautiful new hotel was amazing and we really enjoyed it, it has only been open for 4 1/2 weeks beautiful brand new design and the room was amazing. Highly recommend staying here the area is all new too and everything is very convenient. We will stay again if needed that direction.

Being a brand new hotel, it was very clean. I hope that it can stay this way. Breakfast was excellent. Eggs were NOT runny like they usually are. Staff was iffy, they didn't know the address and the one guy looked like he just got out of bed. Beautiful facility and I love, love, love the bathroom door in #308, slider as opposed to bulky door. Great shower, great job Hampton Inn!!
