We stayed in room 322 and the bed mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, the bed sheets were very dingy. We used our own blankets. Breakfast wasn't anything to brag about. Tried calling front desk several times and received no answer. The door to our room had about an inch gap around the door.

I really liked the location. It was easy to get on and off the interstate where we needed to go, and there were lots of eating places around. I did not like the old air conditioners that turned on and off and are so loud otherwise it was a good stay.

Location is great, near Hwy, close to downtown. Breakfast is good👍, typical Hampton Inn breakfast. Easy parking. Room (#226) and bathroom were too dark as few lights didn't work, refrigerator didn't work either. Luckily we didn't need to use it so we didn't bother to bring it up to the staff.

perfect for our girls' weekend
The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. Several restaurants and stores close by. About a 20-minute drive to the stadium, but a fairly easy drive.

The hotel was very clean for an older property and the surrounding area is safe with a lot of dining options, target, and grocery store. The staff was very nice and our room during Taylor swift weekend was ready early which was very helpful to get ready for the concert. Easy uber ride to and from Lucas oil.

When I checked in, I was not told there is an extra $50 refundable hold charged to my card. I happened to look at my account and saw the charge was $50 more than my reservation showed. When I went to the front desk to ask, they told me as if I should have known. Nothing on the reservation states that nor did they.

Dont waste your money
Property is a bit outdated. The room we were put in felt old and dirty. It was smaller than other rooms we've stayed in. The bed was so uncomfortable. We could feel the springs. The front desk didnt tell us about breakfast or any information about the hotel. We just kinda figured it out ourself. We will not stay here again. I will pay the extra to stay at the Hampton Downtown Indy.

The room was small, dark, out dated, and not clean. I walk for the bed to take a shower and notice all the black dirt on the shower floor. Also one bed serveral stains one the sheets and blankets. Besides the cleanliness, i would expect some of this at a lower priced hotel but this was 160 a night. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
