Hotel without cleaning services

Walking into the room there was hair on the toilet seat and around the shower area; we were told there was no help so our room would not be vlosurinf our stay.. we ran out of toilet paper and had to ask several times for one roll we asked for garbage bags? There were one in the trash and when we entered the room. We also had to request clean linens.

There was a group of people yelling, screaming, running, and slamming door until midnight. I called to report it and it was addressed, but it continued on. I was there for a State Cheer Competition and had to be up at 5am. According to my Fitbit, I received little sleep. I'm disappointed for this reason.
