You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

1 acre lot in backyard. Less than 5 minutes away from Target, Walmart and lots of food options. Direct access to walking/running trail. Private neighborhood. Lots of yard space and no trees for viewing solar eclipse. Only putting house available for Solar Eclipse event only since we will be out of town. Happy to provide more information or more pictures.
