Economical Option
We arrived after dark. Eyes are on you as soon as you park. Lots of activity and people walking around. Our car got parked in soon after we arrived by a car stopped in the street waiting for people to come out of a nearby house they house they just went into. Not a neighborhood for the faint of heart. Our car wasn’t broken into or stolen so it all worked out! This is a converted single family home. No control of the heat in this unit. It was turned up high. Our only option was to block vents and open windows. The windows didn’t stay open and has to be propped up. Again not ideal in this area. No sink in bathroom. Had to shave at kitchen sink and look towards bathroom! Shower stall is very small. Subfloor is weak in the bathroom underneath the newer layers. Bed is very unstable. Shifts when you sit on it. Hey the price is right and things were clean. Close to stadium but not walking distance by any means.

I have requested a refund from this property due to unsanitary conditions (feces stained toilet paper and used) in a unsafe area We were unable to stay there and had to go find another place due to not feeling safe The owner is trying to deny any refund which is ridiculous and I will be in further contact
