Property amenities include a free parking in the attached garage, 2 Outdoor pools (Open Memorial Day - Labor Day, hours are 9 am - 8 pm, please follow all posted rules), 24/7 Fitness Center and Bark Park with agility equipment. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and Noise monitoring decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Noise devices do not have recording features).

Your reservation at CityWay includes one pass for the on-site CityWay South Parking Garage. Please note that we cannot provide additional passes as the garage is public. Upon entry, take a ticket and pay upon exiting, subject to availability. The pass grants unlimited in and out privileges for one vehicle. Enjoy convenient parking during your stay at CityWay!

• For cancellations, please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, a 4% credit card processing fee will be deducted. This policy does not apply to Airbnb reservations.

• Pet Policy: This is a pet-friendly room! Please keep the following things in mind: Pet fees apply: $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month. Pets must be potty-trained dogs. We prefer dogs under 50 lbs but can be flexible, reach out to us for exceptions. Please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors (hair, waste, etc.). Keep your dog on a leash in common areas, some guests may not love pets as much as we do! Violating these rules may result in eviction without a refund. We hope you and your furry friend enjoy your stay!

• Please note that the outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. However, it is currently closed. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

This is a great location easy to jump on a Lime and scoot around downtown Indy. Amazing parking, easy to access and responses to inquiries were quick and efficient.

Great location!
Overall the location was in the perfect spot for us to walk around and explore. Only feedback would be to clean the wall vents and the carpets could of used a better vacuuming, but definitely would stay there again.

Nice stay for a quick trip
Great location for sports fans! Walk to Gainbridge and Lucas Oil. Nice building and the apartment is good for a weekend in Downtown Indy. There was plenty of room, but we (party of 4 adults) would have liked it more if there was seating for all. Overall it was a nice stay.

Nice but not homey
We enjoyed our stay and the property overall; but it does not have a warm, welcoming, homey vibe. Also, there is too much account setup, emails, texts, apps, etc needed to book and check-in outside of the vrbo system itself.

Nice stay
It was a nice property, and we were able to book it last minute. They were very good at communication. It is definitely within walking distance of the Lucas stadium, so that was nice. Finding the place where the keys were located was a little difficult, but that isn't their fault. Also one of the other units had a loud party which made it hard to sleep, but again that was not their fault.

The YouTube videos that are sent are helpful, but a map would be better to navigate around the garage/property. The ONLY way to communicate with booking agent is via email, which can be very frustrating. The A/C filter was VERY nasty. In the bedroom we stayed in there was not a comforter, just 2 thin blankets on the bed. We had 4 adults & 1 13-year-old, which we did not have enough hot water to take showers. There's a lot of furniture cramped into each bedroom, however a very nice closet space. The washer & dryer in the unit was nice and very convenient. The Roku TVs are accessible with your own subscription on apps.

Downtown stay during March Madness
Very clean, quiet, and nice stay! Conveniently located, and within walking distance to restaurants, a pharmacy, and brewery. Getting access was a bit of a challenge because I never received the information for the access code, but I was able to get in contact with the host within 20 minutes. The elevator also went out on the last day, causing a bit of a time-consuming check-out being on the 4th floor and having a handicapped child. But, all and all, great stay.
