Excellent food both at the bar and the restaurant Desk staff, particularly Yenye was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Shuttle driver was pleasant, helpful, and competent. I will stay there the next time with the following caveats: temperature of the shower was difficult to control Toilet required multiple flushes, dresser drawers could not be opened. AIr conditioning was effective but noisy, some USB power outlets were not working.

Early check in was great, the airport shuttle was very convenient/ saved money. The hotel itself was nice at a glance but there were some things that could use updating. Such as the elevator, shower heads, TV. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was good, buffet was decent for the price, okay options for the menu if you wanted to dine in. Not much to do around the hotel but getting into the city was easy and decently priced Ubers.

The room was clean and the food at the hotel was good. The only complaint i have is i forgot my phone charger in the room when i checked out and i called about it and they said they would get back with me on whether or not it was turned in and no one ever called me back

They gave us a handicapped room. Among other things, the shower and bathroom floors run together. The floor was constantly wet after a shower. We slipped. The hotel was nowhere near full. We didn’t ask for a handicapped room. We will not be booking crowns plaza again.

Great Place to stay for an early flight
The hotel is a great place to stay offering a shuttle to the airport as well as parking while on your flight. Yinye was helpful and friendly during checkin.

Hotel is nice, but located outside the city in the middle of nowhere. You can’t walk and enjoy the area. You absolutely need to take a taxi to cross the highway

Although the lobby area is very nice and staff was friendly, the floor I was on was very old, outdated, dirty, LOW ceilings. Seems like they tried to remodel in the least expensive way possible by covering up the old. My room had an old, funky hotel room smell. Not pleasant at all, unfortunately.

Hotel was old and very dated. Front desk service at check in was not friendly, when asked about shuttle she never told us you had to sign up for it. Bar had little to nothing, food was marginal at best. Place was very dirty. Elevator wreaked of weed. Would never book here again

Nice staff, but confusing layout of building. Cannot find elevators to rooms when in main atrium of Hotel. TV in room on Dish connection for cable, which gets no reception when it rains. We would get 10 minutes of a show - then no reception for 30 min.
