My room was on the 3rd floor 311 and it was right by the elevator and something was wrong with the elevator and it was very loud and I couldn’t sleep because of the noise from it when anyone would use the elevator on any of the floors and when the door would open to elevator it was even a bigger noise

Didn’t even stay. The site says pet friendly 3 pets per room. When you get your online check in you have to check a box that says “the hotel is NOT pet friendly and you will be charged a Large fee for bringing a pet into the hotel” I had to cancel due to this and was not refunded my first night. This was not any fault of mine. It is misrepresentation

The hotel was not clean. the bedding had stains and even hair on the bedding. Even switching rooms it was the same. They even re-use the paper key holders and they have it spelled Brake Fast with the time.
