Unfortunately the property was filthy. The rooms smelled musty and moldy. They were not well kept. We ended up leaving 15 minutes after we checked in. They refused to refund any portion of the money we spent. They also would not acknowledge our concerns.

Pool was closed, the whole area was dirty, the veneer on the headboard was peeling away from the particle board. Breakfast was available though. Check in was easy and the evening staff was friendly and courteous. Checking out the next morning I met a very rude gentleman at the desk who told me to go get someone else who then told me that I could just leave my room key on the desk and go without any issues. Thank you nice lady, not sure why the frowning grunting guy couldn’t just have said that instead of acting like I ruined his whole day by walking up to the front desk.

I did not get the group rate and paid more per night than the others. Then the clerk automatically added a HUGe dollar deposit causing a scam charge on my card. This was flagged as possible scam and locked my card. All I could do was pay them all of my available cash. The pool was closed. The entrance to the parking does not have a curb cut and the high threshold is not safe for motorcycles without swinging way out to get a straight approach. Never again!!!

Lots of grime in the bathroom. Pieces of food under the beds. Mattresses very uncomfortable. However, staff were helpful and polite.

I can not recommend this hotel, nothing was working including the pool and the side entry key pad. I tried to check out at 7:00am and there wasn’t anyone around, no drop box for my key cards and I like to get a printed receipt. I waited and rang the bell but know one ever showed up. The building was in need a of a paint job and the landscaping was a disaster.

Housekeeping forgot the filters
Good water pressure and hot! But the ac would not get cool ! So even on 61 it cycled off an on fast ! I removed the filters and they were clogged! I washed them off in the shower and the temp Started to drop , turned it up at 10 to 68

1st room they gave us our door opened without key card. They gave us a different room where key card did work yet the room had dust all over the surfaces. We chose to stay here for the pool for our kids and the pool was like taking a ice bath!

Absolutely disgusting property, don’t ever stay here!! Forever wait times at the desk, disgusting room we didn’t even feel comfortable taking our shoes off! And it was an “upgraded room” because they “overbooked” how I’m not sure! It’s all done online. But okay! Get in the room the sheets are BARELY covering the disgusting BROWN bed.
