Great place downtown
We were in town for an event and really enjoyed the convenience of this condo. It is a nice building and we felt safe here. Easy walk to downtown proper and there is a great plaza across the street with lots of places to eat.

Weekend Visit to Indy
My best friend and I came into town for the weekend to visit Indy and attend a function at Lucas Oil Stadium. This location was so close to everything. We did not spend a ron if time in our rental. It was perfect for what we needed it for. So much better than an overpriced hotel. I would definitely book this again.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, responsive management. 1.5 miles from IN Convention Center—>safe walking during day. The design of the carport is narrow be aware if driving a large SUV. Appreciated the convenience of restaurants and varied stores right across the street.

Very nice place. Close to everything downtown. We went for a conference at the convention center and were able to walk across the street to Tropical Cafe, BBQ Place, Starbucks, Pizza Hut… and more.. The only thing was the parking was a bit tight and not very clean, but it was well worth it. Highly recommend…

Great Location
My stay was a quick one and for what I needed it for, it served its purpose. The host was very communicative and responsive to my messages. My only tip would be to make sure to confirm details prior to checking in. I took rideshares to downtown and paid no more than $20 (since I was by myself and drinking I didn’t want to walk but my maps said it was about a half hour walk).

Great place to stay for a convention
Very quite complex. I was there 3 nights before I saw the first person. My only negative thing to say was there were no coffee pods in the unit. Only Chocolate. But a great breakfast restaurant was across the street. Definitely a GREAT experience for me and saved tons of money from staying down. Only a 8-10 dollar ride including tip to the Convention center Thanks

Owner double booked on other site
I booked a trip for Labor Day back in June and when my friend and I showed up, the key wasn't in the lockbox. I called the owner and he said his calendar didn't sync and it had been double booked on another site. We then had to change our whole vacation plans and find a dog friendly hotel, when we should have had the proper amenities to begin with.

The apartment is even nicer than the photos denote. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Convenient layout. The fitness center was an absolute gem. The place is truly cozy and comfy. I did not want to leave, tbh. The responsive and generous management was a bonus.

Great location!
We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was quiet and comfortable for our family of three. We were in town for a convention and spent every day at the convention center. This apartment is a little over a mile away and was a very pleasant walk! And when we needed water, we found we were minutes from a dollar store and a lot of food options. If we’re ever in Indianapolis again, I definitely hope to stay here!

Comfy!
Building seems new and is very nice, clean, and quiet! I stayed by myself and am new to the area, so I was just generally uncomfortable due to that, but being right next to the canal was wonderful. Would recommend clearer instructions on where to get the keys as there are multiple lock-boxes and it isn't clear which one to go to. Ended up trying the given code on multiple ones before finding the right one. Overall a great experience!

Great spot for me
It's a nice apartment in a good location for exploring on foot if you don't mind walking a few miles round trip, which I like. It's on the small side and not a lot of comfortable places for me to sit, so I'd use it as a home base. It's a bit too small to hang out in the apartment too long. At least for me. I'd stay again.

Nice and simple 1 BR Apartment
I was in town for a wedding. This place worked well. A simple 1 BR apartment with a dedicated parking spot. The place was clean and worked for my needs. Check in was easy. Something to be aware of if you have mobility limitations: the unit is on the 2nd floor of a building with no elevator. Overall, a good stay.
