Great value and service
I'm giving five stars because the bed was comfy, location great and when a wave drenched us the front desk noticed and brought us extra towels which was great. BUT there were ants everywhere and a cockroach.

This place looks COMPLETELY different than online. No pool. Rooms FULL of bugs in the bed and walls. Dirty sheets and clumps of hair on the floor. When I asked for help or why it was like that the staff looked at me like Iwas CRAZY for complaining. we checked out.

Good value, clean/ comfortable beds
Nancy was nice and made the check in very easy. Less than 3 minutes. Room was updated but still looked a little dated. Room was clean. Bed and pillow were comfortable. It was a good value for a single night. There was a Radisson and Hilton across the street on the beach for 3x the price. Maybe worth it if you are vacationing but if you are looking for just a night or 2 in the area, this place can do it.

Awful Experience
The rooms were not clean. The floor was extremely slippery. The walls and ceilings were patched. The Building is not up to Code Standings. My Room was getting flooded with water. I had to ask for a wet vac to remove the water and towels as the Room was being flooded during the storm. Regardless a room should not flood from windows and underneath an AC unit. The only thing decent was the staff was kind and did apologize. However, a guest should not have to deal with these conditions. There's a reason they have a low rating

Best staff I’ve ever encountered. They are so helpful, no matter how many times we had to bug them they never acted bothered. No master what time of day. I’ve got nothing but the best things to say about both ladies. Far better than the Hilton.

The hotel manager was nice and accommodating. The place is small but the rooms were big. It's a good value for the money you spend. Could use an update but that shouldn't sway your opinion because overall the property and the staff were great. The location, the price and the manager is why I'm giving it 5 stars.
