Staff was not rude, but not what I would call friendly either. The hotel and rooms were clean and quiet and I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was good - pretty much what you would expect from HI or any other hotel at this level.

Overall it was ok, the hospitality is lacking very, very much not family oriented at all, more just business. Not a friendly feeling, kind of rude, have had much better experiences from much larger locations.

Is a new hotel 2 or 3 yeas old. Look terrible the floor is cracked some pieses of the floor are falling apart, restroom door don't close, etc. etc. Poor management on this hotel.
