I would have liked to adjust the A/C myself. It was controlled by the hotel and I felt it very hot. No fan, and windows were not operational. Breakfast options were great, and I wish I could have a place to eat at when I purchased convenience store food items. I would have liked a pool. I did enjoy the shuttle service. Had issues with the mini fridge and they were resolved quickly. The only thing that disgusted me a bit was a pubic hair on the shower glass that was left behind by another guest. It was at eye level and I had not used the shower.

Very nice room. Comfortable bed. It’s on airport property so you hear the planes take off. I used a noise app on my phone to block out the planes. Transportation included to the terminal is great for heading back to the airport. However when we first arrived the bus doesn’t run very often especially in the evening it’s only on the hour, so we opted to take a taxi to get to the hotel. Minor detail though.

Nice airport hotel but nothing to do close by. The only on-site dining options are a pricey buffet, pub food, or convenience store items. If you want something else to eat you will need to go to the airport. The rooms are clean and quiet, I got some good rest prior to my early morning flight.

Convenient hotel at the ICN airport
It is a very modern hotel close to the ICN airport. It offers a free shuttle to both terminals. It is pretty far from anything but the airport however, it has a bar, restaurant and a convenience store (I believe the latter operates 24 hours). The hotels is clean and well maintained.

Welcoming, helpful staff and good location for travelers arriving or departing from Incheon International Airport. Easy shuttle access to airport terminals. Due to proximity to the airport, noise from the planes landing and taking off may be distracting to some. The room was very clean and provided a comfortable place to sleep.

Convenient to the airport with a free shuttle to the terminals. Hotel staff were immediately attentive to an issue with our room's AC but lost a minor item we left in their care. That and our departing shuttle bus driver's unwillingness to help load our bags of luggage into the cargo bay (the driver we had when we arrived was more than happy to) is why I knocked a star off my review. Otherwise, the hotel was fine and served our purposes.

We stayed at Ibis for a last minute.flight cancellation. I booked it 20 mins prior to checking in. I love the option of a free shuttle to and from the airport. The room was so clean and comfortable. The restaurant on the property was a bit pricey. They have a convenient store on the property which was another option for food. There was no restaurants around the area. All in all, I still give it a 10. Just get your food from zhe airport. They also have a sauna for a fee. I didn't get to go but i like that option.
