"Hotel ORA Incheon" was suitable for our long layover. The staff was kind and courteous, our room was clean and comfortable, and we were able to have dinner in the hotel's restaurant/dining area. ORA also has a free shuttle service to and from the airport. However, the property is a bit isolated, so it might not be the most convenient option if you want to enjoy shopping, or experience the Korean night life.

No electricity for cpap had to plug in at refrigerator and sleep at foot of bed so the cord could reach. Stingy on the electricity the bed side plugs only had enough current to charge a phone. Other than that the place was fine for the location

First room we stayed in , there were noticeable stains on the couch and foot rest. The shower handle fell off and there was no hot water. I called the front desk and they changed our room. The new room there were dirty shower towels. The toilet flush handle is broken. Can’t flush toilet properly.

The hotel is relatively inexpensive, but there’s nothing around it, and calling a taxi is very inconvenient. Additionally, taxis usually charge extra for coming to this location. It cost me 15,000 KRW to take a taxi to Inspirit, but only 8,600 KRW for the return trip.

Nice hotel near by the airport
It's a very nice hotel near by Incheon international airport. The room is very clean with a big bathroom. Two highlights made me booking there twice in a row are free shuttle bus to the airport and friendly staff. Shuttle bus service is on time and easy instruction to follow. Also a free sandwich for early travelers in the morning. I will definitely book there again next time in town.

It’s a very superb building, not that new but still well kept and gorgeous view of the airport. Location wise is not that convenient. I would’ve given two stars if there was no free shuttle. We stayed for one night so we had dinner Incheon but almost was stuck as it was impossible to get on a bus or uber. PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE LOCAL TAXI APP if you need to fetch a ride without their transportation card.

A “self help” property. Won’t even set up a shut the airport. The onus is on the customer to do everything. No TV. No electrical connections that work. Horrible surroundings; no businesses to buy convenience items or go to dinner

They need to update the website. Bus 306 will not pick up passengers with luggage. Also, it would be nice if they had more frequent transportation to airport during the day, when airlines are busy
