We enjoyed our short stay. The buffet was convenient with many options for my picky eater kids. And a nice view of the lake. There were many activities on site that we wish we stayed longer to enjoy. Hopefully next time❤️

Over priced, awful, never again!
Long queue at checkin. Informed only breakfast option was 7am. Room grubby, carpet had suspicious brown stains & cigarette burns, horrible beige caravan style bathroom. Promised view of lake which was miles away & obstructed by large roof in front of our window. All but 2 of the restaurants & bars were closed without prior warning. We were turned away from half empty restaurant as we did not have a booking, we were left with a pot noodle from hotel souvenir shop for dinner but no cutlery so had to use ice tongues in room to eat. Woken at 8am by cleaner trying to get in our room & also a call from reception! This all for the huge cost of £350 for one night, no food, no view & nothing around hotel

ホテル自体が古いせいか、部屋と洗面所(シャワーカーテン)の匂いが気になりました。清掃は行き届いていたと思います。 隣の部屋の声が聞こえたり、古い冷蔵庫の音が気になり睡眠不足になってしまいました。 大浴場は脱衣所含めて綺麗でした。 朝食バイキングはどれもとても美味しく頂きました。全体的な評価は普通だと思います。

四階でも眺めがとても良かった。花火も見れた。夕食、朝食とも美味しく、豊富なバイキングの種類だった。温泉や部屋は普通レベルかな。エレベーターになかなか乗れなかったら少し値段が高い感じもするが、アスレチックやハーブ園、プールなど楽しむ施設も多いので家族の満足度は高いと思う。近くでブルーベリー狩りもできた。

禁煙の部屋のはずがフロア全体、客室までタバコ臭かった。昔から染みついた臭いが取れないのでしょうか。。。濡れたタオルを乾かしてまたお風呂で使った際、タオルにタバコ臭さを感じてそのタオルで顔髪体をふくのが非常に不快でした 食事は美味しいし楽しくて良かったです。 温泉も純粋に大きいお風呂でのびのび入れました
