A pousada e confortável, porém não supera as expectativas. Funcionários educados mas pouco sociáveis, café da manhã bom, quarto de espaço limitado, o que me agradou foi a localização, não precisavamos nos distanciar muito. Mas pra o custo benefício, achei caro.

A pousada esta sem manutenção e os funcionários sem paciência com os hospedes. Os quartos c roupa de cama amarelada parecendo sujas, piscina não funcionava a hidro . Chuveiro entupido saindo pouca água. Falta cuidado e manutenção.

Quarto não corresponde
Reservei quarto standard para dias pessoas e as fotos demonstradas nao tem nada a ver com o quarto que nos deram, mostrei a fotos do quarto que reservei e a recepção quis cobrar 360,00 a mais para trocar, e disse que as fotos são “meramente ilustrativas”, porem eu imaginei que seria pelo menos o da foto, e não quarto muito pior. O quarto da fotos era amplo e com varanda, e me deram um quarto padrão ibis buged, e com menos conforto. Não fizeram limpeza nenhum dos dias, e fiquei por 5 dias, imagina, no fim acha que teria que solicitar, não é possível, todo dia era uma surpresa chegar no quarto e ver que não foi limpo novamente. Me acostumei e eu mesmo arrumava e usava a mesmas toalhas. Recepcionista em nenhum momento quis resolver o problema que relatei sobre as diferenças sobre os quartos reservados e disponibilizados. Café da manhã nada demais, simples, bolo, pães e frio. Localização boa, mas me arrependi de ter escolhido dentre outros opções. Hoteis.com corrijam sobre as fotos do quarto standard, sobre outros quartos não tenho como opinar.

Boa noite! Minha estadia foi maravilhosa, funcionários muito educados, prestativos, excelentes. É a segunda vez que eu fico na pousada, desta vez foi ainda melhor. A única coisa que poderia melhorar é o café da manhã. De resto tudo excelente
