Estamos na area de Itaguassu, area central de Ilhabela e super acessivel a tudo. O condomínio se localiza em área próxima a restaurantes, bares, mercados, padarias, farmácias, praias. Estamos a 500 metros da praia. A vista é privilegiada, pois a propriedade se localiza em local alto.
Nosso apartamento fica dentro de um condomínio fechado que possui piscina, churrasqueira, espaço interno para caminhada, banheiros na área da churrasqueira, pomar e um amplo jardim.

Nossos dois funcionários, Jairo e Maria, ajudam nossos hóspedes com tudo que precisam. Quando você chegar, eles vão te receber e ajudar com a recepção de malas, informações sobre a Ilha e eventuais outras necessidades. Contem com eles. São super solícitos e gentis. E receberão vocês com carinho.
O apartamento possui tudo o que é necessário para desfrutar dos dias na ilha.
Temos também cadeiras de praia dentro do guarda roupas.
Pedimos que nossos hóspedes cuidem de nosso espaço com carinho, recolhendo todo o lixo produzido e respeitando regras de silêncio para cooperação com nossos vizinhos.

Dentro da propriedade temos uma linda piscina, duas churrasqueiras e banheiros e chuveiros na área da piscina. A churrasqueira pode ser usada com hóspedes. Só conversar com os caseiros pra confirmar se já não está agendada. :)
Ônibus, carro e taxi são possibilidades de transporte em Ilhabela. Como moramos em local alto, para os hóspedes que não são muito amigos de subir algumas ladeiras, recomendamos que venham de carro. Mas o transporte publico também funciona bem em Ilhabela. =)
