Great clean rooms and the front desk was very friendly. Not a big variety in the hot breakfast but being included and free I guess I can’t complain too much.

Not again!
The size of the room is great, it was pretty clean. This is the second SH suites that I’ve stayed at and they must buy the mattresses in bulk because they are terrible. And I like a hard mattress but I think I could have slept on the road and it would have been more comfortable. The light over the desk would not turn off, so we spent the night with the light on.

This property overlooks the river via a walking path and beautiful gardens. We loved sitting on the bench to the right and feeding the yellow bellied marmots and the ducks. We also enjoyed the river walk path. Take a relaxing stroll, or walk to the downtown area in minutes. It was great!

This is near falls which is a plus, however not very safe for younger kids. Breakfast is the lowlight (paper plates, plastic spoons, plates, glasses with limited unhealthy food options). For comparison we stayed at Hyatt next day on our next stop which was much more environmentally friendly with healthy food options at lower nightly rate.

Clean and comfortable
Beautiful rooms. Warm and professional greeting at check in. Clean and well maintained room. Asked for an extra towel for our 5th person and was told that housekeeping would send one up. Unfortunately it never was delivered. But that is minor. All the staff greeted us with smiles. Beautiful hotel and I will stay here again.
