We found the room to be clean and comfortable. The bed was okay but there was only a top sheet (no blanket) and we had some trouble sleeping at times due to the noise of the heater. The room was warm and confortable. Nice and newly-remodeled bathroom and walk-in shower.

At 3PM lobby is closed and there is not any kind on management on property. Outside door was never locked anyone could enter the building all hours of the night. NOT A SAFE place to stay!!!!!!!’

The check-in was a little unsettling. The card machine wasn’t working and the staff wasn’t sure that my Expedia reservation would work. In the end, everything went just fine and I had no problems with my stay.

It was a run down building on the inside,, noisy & the beds were not comfortable at all. We got a room with a hot tub but could not get it to turn on. When we asked for help at the front desk they said they could t help or do anything until the next day. The customer service needs to be improved. I was not impressed but the price was good. I guess you get what you pay for.

When checking in the worker was making me feel uncomfortable and saying inappropriate things. I felt unsafe and locked the door with bolt and didnt sleep well. I found dirt on the floor and hair in the shower
