Lovely friendly staff, cannot do enough to help, Laura is wonderful. Rooms are unique and quaint. Situated in a great location. One thing I would change is the digital entry to the rooms. The bleeping noise can be quite intrusive. Fabulous stay - I will be back. Thank you.

I wanted to live it, The rooms look very nice, but it’s not a real hotel. it’s small rooms on the 3rd floor of building with no elevator. The rooms get very hot and the air conditioning is limited. It’s very noisy with bars and restaurants outside and the noice amplifies against the walls, so the rooms are incredibly noisy until 4 am. If you want a comfortable place where you can sleep, this isn’t it.

Suite rooms are large, clean and decorated in a fun style. On the down side all the rooms are up three flights of stairs with no lift and there is only someone on reception for a few hours. We enjoyed being right in the centre of Ibiza town with easy access to old town and the port and would stay again

Nice old world hostel on 3rd floor up a steep staircase. Outdoor bar outside my window and busy until early hours. Noise therefore a problem. Location is great. On my last night the heat was cut and in early March that is a problem. Price was good but it will not be my choice next time. Fine for youths on a budget

Lia and Luis are amzingly friendly people. They genuinely care about providing happiness to their guests. I strongly recommend their guest house. It is located on the middle of the action. Please note that it is not a 5 star hotel. So pleaes don't go there and complain that you have to share bathroom/shower. I can't wait to go back there. When I checked out, Luis came running after me down the stairs. I thought I had left my personal belonging there, but all he wanted was to give me a gift.

It is situated right in the hub of the beautiful ancient city of Ibiza with such a buz at night especially with all the cafes and restaurants spilling out onto the pavements and piazzas. Great to be so central. Quaint rooms, all very clean and unique, wonderful, and Lia is charming and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Geeat location, tasteful decor, and friendly staff
Close to old town, and was wonderfully decorated. Amenities great. Lia and Beatrice were very helpful. Loved the local recommendations Lia gave us for food ans sightseeing, and very appreciative for her staying late to greet us in person when our flight was delayed close to midnight. Had a really wonderful experience, being centrally located to awesome food places. Highly recommend.

A unique hidden away hotel in centre of ibiza town. Just yards from many restaurants and bars. Also a good choice of breakfast cafes across the road.

Lovely little room, shared bathroom/shower was always available and tidy. Staff is sweet and helpful. Wish the wifi was better, and maybe would be nice to have a little private or common refrigerator to keep some food. Perfect location!

Top hotel in Ibiza town
Stayed for 10 days holiday , very tidy and quiet place even if you want to have a midday nap, beautiful and good location to get you anywhere in no time, staff was nice and friendly and helpful too.

Unique guest house with old style decore
Luis at reception took the time to give me a warm welcome and explain how his end of Ibiza works. Elevated balconies open onto either an open square or a tree lined resteraunt area. Awake to the sound of an accordion and the smell of freshfresh coffie most mornings!

So-so hotel in great location
The hotel could best be described as a low-budget offering and has facilities (or lack of) to match. The hotel staff are friendly enough and you couldn't put the hotel in a better location if you tried. It's right in the heart of Ibiza City, perfect for the Old City, the port, buses to all over the Island and a wealth of good bars and restaurants. If you're looking for something basic it may be worth a look but if you're looking for something smart and sophisticated this may not be the choice for you.
