Real budget hotel
Though booking was confirmed with pay at hotel, however Treebo asked us to pay one third amount Upfront as advance for confirmation, which needs to be sorted out between website and Treebo. It indicates Free Parking but there is o separate parking And the parking is on the road in NO PARKING zone. Rest the location of the property is very good with very good connectivity and good restaurants, so need to worry for food.

I have been booking this property almost every month for business travels. Still extra amount is charged for early check-in. Cancellation made a day before was not even partially refunded.

The property is ideal if you have business in the Financial District or HITEC City otherwise it is to far from the Centre. It is nice clean hotel with good services and helpful staff .The Reception manager Mr Sesir was excellent and helped us a lot.

Treebo Aditya Residency - Amazing Experience!!!... It is situated at the heart of Gachibowli, beside Gachibowli PS, Hyderabad. The Room Tariff is very much affordable for anyone in respect of the place. The location is very nice, safe and beautiful from all respect. Specially for the women, it's absolutely a nice place to stay single or with family or colleagues. You will find each and every essential commodities, cloths, foods, drinks, restaurants, night club, electronic devices, around you.The complementary breakfast, provided by the Hotel is also very tasty and they prepare so many items alternatively. They have Gym, Dinning Hall, CCTV Cameras in all the floors and 24*7 hours receptionist & security staff are also there to assist the guests. The room size, interior, furniture, bed sheets,cushions, TV, Table, Sofa, Cabinet, intercom line, water heater, flask - each & everything provided by the Hotel was excellent & clean. the Behavior of the staff is also very good and they are soft spoken. Moreover, I would highly recommend the Hotel to my Family, Friends & Relatives for their personal stay, as its one of the best, safe and yet affordable hotel that you could find in that locality (Gachibowli, Hyderabad).
