Great location
Great location to catch ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s. Easy walking to shops and restaurants. Free parking is a bonus. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Room was decent, but there was no air-conditioning. Had to keep the windows open, because it is in a busy area. It was very noisy. some staff was pleasant, and some staff was rough around the edges

The owners were friendly and helpful. They attended to our needs upon request. The property is in a great location. While it is obviously not new and can use some upgrades, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. I will definitely be staying here again

So many things were in disrepair and need attention. From the paint, trim and the view out back window overlooking a person's workout area. Cigarette burns on furniture in a non smoking room. Poor workmanship on tile and fixtures in bathroom

It is an older property with small bathroom. But the location is amazing. Walkable to the Martha Vineyard boat. The staff who are probably the owners were amazing-always willing to help with any questions we had.

Despite being a little tired and in need of a decor refresh the hotel gave us everything we needed. Situated in the centre of Main Street all bars and restaurants were right on our doorstep. Room was clean and comfortable with daily maid service providing a multitude of clean towels. Wouldn’t hesitate to use it again.

Great location in middle of Hyannis
Great location in middle of Hyannis. Room was cleaned and bed made every day. Our last day, AC not working,,, hotel response was quick with the the placement of window ac unit that worked fine!
