5 BEDROOMS (each bedroom has a 55” TV and an attached bathroom)
MAIN FLOOR (2 bedrooms):
The main floor offers two bedrooms, each equipped with a king bed and a 15" mattress. Each bedroom's private bathroom has a walk-in shower.
UPSTAIRS (3 bedrooms one king bedroom + two bunk rooms):
King bedroom with a 15" mattress and bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bunk 1 - sleeps six people with two queens, two twins, as well as a pack and play crib in the closet. This bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Bunk 2 - sleeps eight people with eight twin beds (four bunks). The attached bathroom has a tub shower.
*There is sleeping space in beds for up to 20 total people. There are three rolled-up, thick sleeping mats that can be used on the floor to sleep 3 more people.

5.5 BATHROOMS:
There are 5.5 total bathrooms (the powder bath is on the main floor). The bedrooms have four walk-in showers and one tub shower.

2 INDOOR LIVING SPACES:
MAIN FLOOR LIVING SPACE: Beautifully decorated and spacious with a 75" TV, a large sectional, and two comfortable chairs for relaxation.
UPSTAIRS LOFT: Features two 65" TVs and two Nintendo Switch video game consoles. There's a 15' sectional and a round table for board games or conversation.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN:
The home features stainless steel appliances, high-end finishes, and ample seating options. There is a large dining table for 10, a kitchen island for 5-6, and bar tables with 6 stools.
There are many small appliances and serving dishes to make cooking a breeze - including an Instant Pot, slow cooker, Kitchen-Aid stand mixer, electric griddle, blender, and coffee maker. There is a pantry with shelf space for our guest's food during their stay.

TWO LAUNDRY ROOMS:
Main floor: Speed Queen top-load washer and dryer.
Second floor - Large-capacity LG top-load washer and dryer.
