Summary:
Pool Suite is a prime lower-level suite, offering the closest access to the pool, clubhouse, tennis and basketball courts, and workout room. Enjoy both indoor and outdoor heated pools and hot tubs just steps away. The suite features a private patio with a BBQ and fireplace, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Underground parking is available to keep your vehicles cool and protected from the sun. Ideal for a convenient and comfortable stay close to all the amenities.

The Space:
The master suite is meant to make you feel spoiled! California king size bed, 65" TV. The massive bathroom has a jetted tub, walk-in travertine shower, double sinks, hairdryer, and a huge walk-in closet. Doors off the master lead to front private deck with outdoor dining, barbeque, and fireplace- romantic and great for entertaining and enjoying the beautiful St. George weather. Gorgeous views of the mountains and just a step away from a gas station for your convenience. The second master has a California king bed and a 55-inch which also includes Apple and a view of the Swimming Pool. The third bedroom has two full bunk bed sets to sleep 8, and of course, includes a for them set up with Apple so you're set with hundreds of movies for them. Wifi is also included. This room has a direct view of the swimming pool and clubhouse.

Dec 1st through Feb 10th the outdoor pool will not be heated the outdoor hot tub will be heated and the pool will still be maintained.

The guest bathroom is VERY spacious with a tub/shower combo, hairdryer, and hamper. There is a laundry room so you can pack less and leave with clean clothes.

VERY beautiful kitchen stocked with all the necessities- coffee maker/filters, teapot, toaster, electric can opener, pots/pans, casserole dishes, dishes for 8, mugs, wine glasses, silverware, electric mixer, blender, platters, cookie sheets and spoons, whisks, spatulas, knives, measuring cups, etc.

Big square dining table that seats 8 and doors off of it to the outdoor deck and dining and fireplace.
The family room has a 2nd fireplace, 70-inch Apple , and a leather couch with 5 recliners and view of pool and deck. RELAX and enjoy your stay at St. George with the ultimate luxury offered.

All Coral Springs units now include access to lazy river pools, BBQ outdoor kitchens, hot tubs, and a water slide. Both outdoor pools are also heated and open year-round!

The Neighborhood:
Our unique location at the Hurricane Exit off I-15, keeps you out of the downtown St. George congestion. A12 at the Coral Springs Resort is a great home base where you are free to explore Zion National Park, Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, and Snow Canyon conveniently, at your leisure. Just minutes away you can enjoy the coolness of Quail Creek and Sand Hollow Reservoirs. Golfers discover the incredible scenery of Coral Canyon Golf Course across the Street and Sky View Golf Course is just 10 minutes away. If you journey from the Wasatch Front area of Utah, you'll appreciate being 20-30 minutes closer to home when the vacation getaway must come to an end.

Getting Around:
Hiking is probably the most popular of activities in Zion. The more active hiker will love trails such as Angels Landing (5-mi. round-trip), the Watchman ( Round-trip) and Observation Point (8-mi. round-trip). Bikes can be rented locally in Springdale and visitors can ride the Pa’rus trail within the park. This may be one of the best ways to see the main canyon of Zion National Park in a relatively short time. Take all the time you want and bring your camera, water, and some snacks in your day-pack. Climbing, canyoneering, and photography are also activities in the area. Don’t miss out on the Zion Canyon Theatre for relaxing and watching movies in the evening.

Other Things to Note:
This is a "pet free property", perfect if you are allergic to dogs or cats.

If you are planning on visiting Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon, you won't find a better place to stay. Clean comfortable place in a perfect location to both Zion and Bryce Canyon!

Great Condo, Wrong Location
We booked this unit under the impression that it was located near a vacation home where our friends were staying (approximately one street away, as stated on the listing). However, multiple hours into our drive, we discovered the actual address was over eight miles from the originally advertised location. Had we been aware of the true distance, we would have chosen a different property that better suited our desired location and adjusted our plans accordingly. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts to reach the owners/management company by phone (both myself and VRBO customer service), we were unable to clarify this discrepancy. It took over two hours of communication with VRBO, including phone calls and emails, which resulted in no resolve of the situation. By the time we arrived at the unit, with children urgently needing restroom facilities, a solution from the management company was still not offered, only that the location on the listing was "approximate." This unexpected change in location significantly impacted our vacation plans, causing considerable inconvenience. While the condo itself met our expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and amenities, the discrepancy in location was a major source of frustration. We were essentially forced to alter our entire itinerary to accommodate the incorrect listing information. We kindly request that you take steps to ensure the accuracy of future listings to prevent similar situations for other guests.

Noisy Palace
The property was exactly as described, a poolside palace. The only problem if your not on the top floor your going to hear everything. People walking, talking, yelling, everything. Other than that it was great.
