New Private Studio near Sand Hollow, Zion and Hurricane. Great for small family!

Our 700 Sq foot Ground Floor 1 story Casita is great for 2 adults and 2 children. It has 2 King-sized Murphy beds (best suited for families because there is little privacy in this studio). There is a Nice Couch and Love seat where you can relax and watch TVs, Videos or listen to music on the Victrola.

We have a small kitchen table that can seat 5 that folds up and down, like a Murphy bed. Folding Chairs are in the closet.) The wall behind the full kitchen and full bathroom is shared with the main house but no has direct access. The Casita is accessed through 3 outside doors that lead to the back patio, the back yard and a private yard (which can become a Putt Putt area).

We do have a stocked Keurig for you as well as a toaster oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Range and Refrigerator with an automatic ice maker. Cooking necessities are included plus plates, cups and utensils are available. You control your own heat and A/C. The bathroom has towles and soap.

You are welcome to use the backyard, play on the playground or enjoy the patio. You can also use the Traeger. The Putt Putt supplies are in the closet but you can use the private yard for other activities as well.

We own Dogs and Horses, so we can accommodate your dogs if they are OK staying outside in our dog run with our 4 dogs (an Aussie and 3 Shizu/poodle mixes.) We have 3 horses in a walled and fenced half acre. With a little effort moving panels we can handle another 3 horses. We have hay and alfalfa included with a surcharge.)

We have a large driveway and plenty of room for parking off the road near the entrance to the back yard. The gate to the back yard goes past the fenced dog run - so don't be surprised by the dogs barking at your when they first meet you. They are friendly but spend some time introducing yourself properly just to be safe.

Hurricane is a great place to stage yourself for any of the great activities this area affords. Fishing, ATV or horse rides, golfing, and visiting Zion National Park. St. Georg is about 20 minutes away. Zion is about 30 Min. Sand Hollow is 10 Minutes.
