We want you to feel that this is your home away from home. You will enjoy our open space, comfortable furnishings, and rooms designed to relax and rejuvenate you and enjoy playing a game of ping pong in the garage and the private BBQ on the back patio.

Enjoy a dip in our heated pool and hot tub. Glide down the lazy river and jump around the splash pad. The clubhouse and pool are open daily from 9 am to 10 pm. Enjoy gas grills, gym, pool table, foosball, and fire pits too!

Wake up in a cozy king-sized bed in the spacious master bedroom and walk out to the adjoining patio to take in the morning sunrises over Zion’s West Temple. Enjoy the 50” UHD 4K Smart TV or relax in the large European glass enclosed shower. With large walk-in closet.

Late-night slumber party in the bunk room which features 2 sets of double bunks beds, sleeps 8 . Can enjoy your favorite shows on a 65” UHD 4K Smart TV, DVD player, Nintendo Switch with 4 controllers and games.

Guests will sleep in comfort in the third room with a cozy king bed. They can kick back and relax after a long day with a 65” UHD 4K Smart TV.

There is a portable crib and high chair for younger kids.

After you come home from your daily adventures, a perfect place to freshen up is the guest bathroom. It has everything you need to get squeaky clean! It includes a tub/shower, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer.

Prepare a delicious home-cooked meal after a long day hiking or golfing in the fully-equipped kitchen. You’ll enjoy using our brand new stainless-steel appliances including a gas stove. Get going with coffee in the morning, toast some fresh bagels, waffle iron and more. No need to buy plastic or paper dining ware, We have everything! Enjoy a casual lunch or dinner by pulling up a seat at the bar.

After your meal is ready, everyone can chow down in the dining room. Want to take the party outside? Enjoy a meal on the outdoor patio right outside the dining room. Get your grill on with the natural gas barbecue, and everything you need to use it.

Create memories and laughter with fun and meaningful conversations out on the large sectional in the living room. Binge-watch your favorite TV shows or movies on the 75” UHD 4K Smart TV.

Avoid extra chores when you get home by taking full advantage of the laundry room. Detergent pods, dryer sheets, an ironing board, and iron are included.

Protect your cars by parking in the spacious 2-car garage with code access.

Zion Village has quick access to stores, restaurants, biking and hiking trails and Zion National Park is only 30 minutes away.

Beware - false description and very dirty - sheets not changed from last guest
Listing indicated heated pool and hot tub which were both closed and the reason we stayed. Sheets and pillows dirty and not changed, food on bedspread, nite tables, remotes for tv, pills and popcorn in the couch, melted icecream and chocolate all over couch. Owner would NOT talk to us but spent an hour and half messaging. Cleaners had to come and were there until 10pm so we could not enjoy the soace.

We enjoyed our stay here with four adults and four children. We hiked in Zion a couple days and hiked Kannara falls another day (highly recommend!). This home was so close to the pool which was wonderful with kids. We would stay here again!

We enjoyed the home, access to the pool, and how it wasn’t too far from Zion National Park. Unfortunately, the stove, oven, and dishwasher did not work. It seemed to be an electrical issue and the owner wouldn’t respond. This made it very difficult to cook for our family of 7. We asked for accommodations for this issue since the price for three nights without use of most of the kitchen seemed too much. We have not heard back from the owner yet and it has been over a week since our stay.

Zero communication & no warning cancellation
I never received an email or info In the app with checkin info. I called and texted for details and was told they would text me the info quickly. 3 hours later I still didn’t have the info…then while waiting for the info (10-15 minutes form the property), they cancelled. They didn’t have the courtesy to call or communicate it. We were left high and dry scrambling for a place to stay at 5pm. Do not go with them, they do not give you the details in advance and May cancel without any warning. They refunded the money but had zero class in handling the situation. They didn’t answer the phone or respond to texts as soon as they cancelled. Stay away! I’m reporting them to VRBO to cancel their ability to rent if they are going to be so uncommunicative. I’ve never, ever, had a negative experience with VRBO until now.

I m not even sure how I get to write a review as I never got in to the property! I never received check in access. Called for multiple days in a row and nobody responded. Nobody called back. I emailed. No response ever. I went to the property and never got it. Had to emergently find another place to stay for the week and am still waiting for VRBO to reimburse me for a vacation rental that I never was able to stay at. I never did receive a phone call and only received automated email responses back. Do not rent!

Relaxing vacation near Zion Nat. Park
Overall we enjoyed this area. It is a growing community in an area that is having a lot of building going on. Strategically located near Zion which is what we wanted, and close to St. George which allowed for easy access to restaurants, shopping, etc. Communication with owners could have been better - from prior to arrival and during. We reached out 2 days prior to our arrival since we had not heard anything or gotten instructions on property. They did respond shortly after with very detailed info. We had a few minor issues during our stay and texted the # we had. It auto-replyed to reach a different # which I then did. I noticed the paperwork in the unit gave a 3rd # which I also texted. Never got a response from any of these #s, so I called direct and was told steps would be taken to address the issues, but no follow up happened. As I said the issues were minor so we lived without, but we just have had a lot more responsiveness from previous VRBO owners on other trips so this surprised us.
